To start this quest chain speak to Lady Dutch - Angel of the Brood (10697)
Completing the Quest
Lady Dutch will task you with killing ten "Rare" monsters twice and awards increased experience with each monster. The entire quest chain awards 8 million experience (Without Preferred Player or Experience Enhancement).
