Kill mob Hovok the Archfiend Mob has a 5 day respawn without Haste or Killing Time Guaranteed to drop 1 per Kill
Also purchasable through the Treasury for 25 points per 1 Fragment.
Uses
Used to upgrade Excelled crests into their final iterations. Each crest requires 10 Archfiend Soul Fragments for a total of 40 being required.
