How to Obtain
While on the correct step of Excelled Crest of Class you will be asked to collect 8 of these Amulets.
You can collect 1x of these from Younis the Timid and 2x from Koth the Corruptor.
Koth is a very hard mob for lower levels where as Younis is much easier.
