== How to Obtain == 
While on the correct step of Excelled Crest of Ferocity you will be asked to collect 12 of these Bands
<br> 
You can collect 1x of these from [[Ulkor_the_Devourer_(28122)]] and 2x from [[Prux the Mutated]]

Prux is a harder mob for lower levels where as Ulkor is much easier
